Shipping and Refund Policies

**RETURNS/CANCELATIONS**
ALL cancelations will be treated as returns. Read below for return policies.
All returns (and cancelations), minus sale items are eligible for store credit only. All sale items are FINAL SALE unless stated otherwise. Customer is responsible for shipping item back and is subject to denial of the return upon arrival and inspection of item. Shipping costs will not be refunded due to the nature of the expense.
**EXCHANGES**
Exchanging will no longer be offered as a guaranteed service. If you are interested in exchanging an item, you will be offered a store credit once your item is received and you can purchase the item you are wanting in the appropriate size. This way, if it is not available you may use your credit to purchase something else.
**TURN AROUND TIME**
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed! Except for pre-order items. Those will have their turn around time in the item descriptions
**SHIPPING**
LOST / STOLEN / UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
In the very rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable as addressed, we will work hard to help you locate the package. While we will help you try and locate your package by providing all relevant shipment information, non-delivered packages will not be reshipped or refunded. Once a package has been shipped we cannot be held responsible for a missing package. We encourage our customers to call their local Post Office and/or local Customs Office in the event of a non-delivery.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If an item is returned back to us for any reason, we will reach out to you once in order to get the issue resolved. After that, it is up to the customer to get the issue fixed, whatever it may be. CUSTOMER MUST PAY TO RESHIP ITEM BACK TO THEM.
